Please also ensure you have referred to the installation guide and full warranty information before fitting your floor to avoid invalidating the warranty.
In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your flooring, please send an email to info@protekflooring.co.uk with a brief description. You will need to provide the date and place of purchase so we can locate your warranty registration. If you did not register your warranty, then you will need to put that information on your email and you may have to send us a copy of your original purchase invoice.
Problems arising from uneven floors, fitting or misuse will not be covered by your warranty. Please note that once the flooring has been laid, we may outsource and contract an independent inspection company to view the flooring and report on their findings. In some cases where it is obvious that there is a subfloor issue or fitting fault, a charge for this service may be levied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
