A box and the product inside was damaged on arrival but one quick call to customer services and the box was replaced with no issues at all. The delivery man was very cheerful and friendly and dropped the pallet exactly where I needed it. Overall, fantastic service and I'm very pleased with the ease of everything from start to finish. Special mention to Helen for being so helpful and pleasant to speak to.
