Fantastic service... Pro-Tek expedited an order for me and then escalated with the courier when it looked like it would not arrive in time. Thankfully it did arrive and I spent the weekend fitting it. The quality of the flooring is excellent, it feels like a real luxury product. I will certainly be using Editions LVT again elsewhere in my property.

Always great service and communication within the hour advising of delivery day, I have laid lots of pro-tek flooring and always a pleasure to fit.

Exceptionally impressed with the speediness of delivery and the free sample service. Have been looking for a 'believable' tile with grout product and, as picky as I am, I cannot see any fault with the Pro-Tek wall panelling both in its design and quality. Thank you.

Pro Tek was very helpful and sent me samples before I ordered, which was great because it's hard to judge the quality and colour from the website. I even put the samples through some rough testing myself and the quality really impressed me.
I originally only planned to order enough for one room, but after seeing the samples, I ordered for two bedrooms, the lounge, and the hallway. The Gentlemen I delt with was helpful over the phone and took all my measurements in feet and inches (old school)without any issues.
The product isn't the cheapest, but the quality is outstanding and well worth the price.
The only downside was that I hadn't realised there would be a delivery charge, and I think the courier they use could be improved. Other than that, I'm very happy with both the product and the service. Thanks Pro Tek 👍

Great quality flooring excellent quality and the click system is great

Had a good first experience with the company delivering flooring and wet wall. Due to such good experience ordered more wet wall, only for the wet wall to take more than three weeks to arrive due to the couriers error. Lack of communication from both courier and Pro tek, had to call everyday for an update. When it arrived all of the panels were chipped on the tongue and groove, company quickly rectified this and sent out additional panels. Panels aren’t of the best quality overall second time round which is ashame perhaps a bad batch from manufacturer.

I just wanted to share my experience with the service I recently received @Protek, Purley Way .

The manager, Joseph, was incredibly helpful in answering all of my queries regarding the shower wall and flooring products. I was very impressed with the level of service and truly admired the professionalism he demonstrated throughout. The shower enclosure was constructed perfectly, and the shower panels were fitted with trims giving a great finish.
Both the client and I were very happy with the final product and we would not hesitate to use their services again.
