Great service! Wanted to place an order online, but called instead due to delivery pricing. Ordering over the phone was straightforward and handled in a very efficient manner. Company representative was helpful and polite, etc. Delivery is expensive but very quick - the flooring is very heavy and very well wrapped/protected (explains the delivery cost). I haven't put the flooring in yet, but the samples were of much higher quality than anything you'd find in the DIY stores. I have another room to lay new flooring in and will definitely consider Pro-Tek first.

One of the best click vinyl I worked with, elastic, underlay attached to the board already, very easy to install and the click joints don't break easy. 20 years commercial warranty and reasonable price. What more would you want? Totally recommend this one!

I apologise about the delivery notification , due to us having to use 3rd party courier services to enable us to ship to the UK it does limit us slightly.

We do always request that the driver call you 1 hour before prior to delivery to ensure that you are home to recieve the delivery and again i apologise that this has not happened

Chelsea Oak - No current incoming date
Knightsbridge Fawn - Stock due Approx 30th June

The samples are leaving us today 1st class apart from the Chelsea oak due to the lack of stock and incoming date

The quality looks very good, my only complaint is that i was told it would be delivered Tuesday and i had arranged for it to be delivered to work so to make sure someone could recieve it and then i got a phonecall on friday from the delivery driver saying he was `15 minutes away and i wasn't at work, apart from that everything is all great

I have checked with the courier company and this should have been done on a dedicated day service for you and due to a later collection the service had changed to an economy service rather than the day you specified
