The quality looks very good, my only complaint is that i was told it would be delivered Tuesday and i had arranged for it to be delivered to work so to make sure someone could recieve it and then i got a phonecall on friday from the delivery driver saying he was `15 minutes away and i wasn't at work, apart from that everything is all great

I have checked with the courier company and this should have been done on a dedicated day service for you and due to a later collection the service had changed to an economy service rather than the day you specified

Flooring arrived as scheduled, the driver was extremely good. We have quite a tight driveway that has already been damaged by previous deliveries, so he brought the pallet up our driveway on a trolley. The flooring itself matched the sample and looks fantastic down.

Fabulous website with lots of explanation on different flooring types, postal costs, detailed section on how the flooring is put together and lots of choice. We have been carefully researching companies before making such a big and permanent purchase. We ordered samples which were despatched promptly and the quality is excellent, our main difficulty is deciding which one to go for as they would all look brilliant in our new extension. We will definitely be buying from them ... way better than the competitors in my opinion.

Fantastic customer service rang me 10 minutes after ordering on line asking me when I would like delivery came super fast on the day they said it would come great price floor not down yet but will update on the flooring in the next couple of weeks if it’s like the picture I will be a very happy customer cannot fault this company

Ordered samples but two out of three not available as out of stock. There was no note to explain when they would be in stock again or to say if they would be sent once back in stock. Poor communication.

A great product, fast and efficient service. The carpenter said it was a good flooring very tough , he normally uses a Stanley knife but had to use a mitre saw.
