I used this company for the first time this year in replacement for my previous flooring supplier. I have nothing but good words to say. The product was great and the customer service was extremely professional and helpful in aiding me with any questions.

Decent staff at this branch. Helpful and made good on some quality issues I had with supplied protek trims which seemed to be a manufacturing defect. I decided to get a bit creative on a job which involved cladding a winding staircase wall alongside solid oak steps and risers which I decided to do using protek which took some thought
and planning but turned out looking pretty good. I've used protek on around 4 jobs now including my own house. It is a good system but you need to make sure all the prep work is right and the floor is absolutely flat, self levelling compound is your friend, don't be cheap. Some of the previous negative comments seem to me to be caused by bad workmanship rather than product. If your floor is all over the place with more peaks then the Himalayas then don't bother with this system, in fact don't bother with any other system other then carpet as it will be the same unless you are ready to do the prep work correctly. This goes for every other aspect of construction. If you feel movement under the boards then your subfloor has not been prepared correctly and I suggest you look for another tradesmen that will put the effort into doing it correctly.

We have used Pro-Tek flooring on 2 different jobs and i have been really impressed with the quality, it is so easy to install and i think it looks great, i would definitely use their products again and recommend to other people

Couldn’t rate this flooring higher! It’s a beautiful finish, amazing quality, fast delivery, easy fitting and my floor fitter said it was one of the best he’d seen out there. Would happily order again!

High quality, professional customer service!

I rarely write reviews but I am really impressed with Pro-Tek. Amazing choice of high quality products and more than anything, professional, helpful service especially from Stefan, who is extremely knowledgeable in his field and shared plenty of great ideas that we are now keen to install. Highly recommended place!

I have installed this throughout my house. Fantastic product and would highly recommend. Doesn't scratch, easy to clean (I use a steam mop) and water resistent...One very happy customer.

We have had amazing service from dealing with the Pro-Tek team, and in particular, Stefan, directly. We were extremely frustrated when a retailer in Purley Way let us down and told us a product ordered weeks before was out of stock the day before it was due to be delivered. Eventually I connected with Stefan (through no help of the original retailer) and he told me to leave it with him and he would sort it for us. This is bearing in mind that no other retailers in England seemed to have any of our product physically in stock and we needed it within a few days because our installation had been booked in. Within an hour or so, Stefan had managed to find some stock for us and it was delivered the next day at no extra cost (ie the same price we paid the original retailer while it was on sale). To say we were impressed is a massive understatement. An incredibly stressful situation was resolved for us in a smooth manner and this sort of service quality is really unheard of to be honest. Pro-tek should be proud to have such capable and efficient staff members as part of its team!
