Fantastic customer service rang me 10 minutes after ordering on line asking me when I would like delivery came super fast on the day they said it would come great price floor not down yet but will update on the flooring in the next couple of weeks if it’s like the picture I will be a very happy customer cannot fault this company

Ordered samples but two out of three not available as out of stock. There was no note to explain when they would be in stock again or to say if they would be sent once back in stock. Poor communication.

Beautiful floor, great quality and easy to lay

A great product, fast and efficient service. The carpenter said it was a good flooring very tough , he normally uses a Stanley knife but had to use a mitre saw.

I used this company for the first time this year in replacement for my previous flooring supplier. I have nothing but good words to say. The product was great and the customer service was extremely professional and helpful in aiding me with any questions.

Decent staff at this branch. Helpful and made good on some quality issues I had with supplied protek trims which seemed to be a manufacturing defect. I decided to get a bit creative on a job which involved cladding a winding staircase wall alongside solid oak steps and risers which I decided to do using protek which took some thought
and planning but turned out looking pretty good. I've used protek on around 4 jobs now including my own house. It is a good system but you need to make sure all the prep work is right and the floor is absolutely flat, self levelling compound is your friend, don't be cheap. Some of the previous negative comments seem to me to be caused by bad workmanship rather than product. If your floor is all over the place with more peaks then the Himalayas then don't bother with this system, in fact don't bother with any other system other then carpet as it will be the same unless you are ready to do the prep work correctly. This goes for every other aspect of construction. If you feel movement under the boards then your subfloor has not been prepared correctly and I suggest you look for another tradesmen that will put the effort into doing it correctly.

We have used Pro-Tek flooring on 2 different jobs and i have been really impressed with the quality, it is so easy to install and i think it looks great, i would definitely use their products again and recommend to other people

Couldn’t rate this flooring higher! It’s a beautiful finish, amazing quality, fast delivery, easy fitting and my floor fitter said it was one of the best he’d seen out there. Would happily order again!
