We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the product and i have tried to call you this morning and will send you an email as we would love to understand a bit more the issues that you were facing when fitting out product

As you can see from the other numerous reviews we have had on the SPC editions tiles collection there is mention of the ease of cutting and installation as well as the strength of the product itself

Our product is designed with a Unilic fitting system to ensure the fitting is a simple process and there should be no reason during the fitting period for the joints to be breaking

I ordered a sample of LVF which arrived quickly and thought it appeared very good quality and was in the process of ordering 10 sq metres when I saw that the delivery charge was £54 which I consider excessive, I then added 2 threshhold strips which weigh very little onto the order and the carriage charge shot up to £74 however thr following day Marcus contacted me to say that the increased price was an error and offered me a reduced carriage charge in compensation, unfortunately I had purchased locally by this time but would have no hesitation of using Protek for any flooring needs in the future and highly recommend them.

5 days after my order for samples and still no sign of them. 4 of them are working days. Hopefully will arrive on Monday (which will be a full 7 days since the order).

Update 21.10.2024
After being contacted by the company quickly some replacement samples are being sent. Fair play to the quick and positive response. Thanks.

We are very sorry to hear this.

All our samples are send either the same day they come in or the day after royal mail first class.

I can confirm that we did recieve your request and it left us on October 15th so should have been with you by the 16th / 17th

Sometimes if the Parcel is too large they may leave a card for you.

We do have a note on the mailer that goes out regarding reviews that if there is an issue with not recieving samples to contact us directly first prior to leaving a negative review as we of course want you to see them and will do our best to get this resolved for you

As you can see from the numerous other 5 * reviews there are many of them regarding to how good sized the sampels were and fast they arrived so this is and unfortuante situation

I have arranged for a second set of samples to leave us today and they will be on a signed for service to ensure you get them

We would really appreicate once you recieve them to take the time to amend the review and hope that the service ongoing is better for you

Bought this for my daughter,after looking about at a well known north east England supplier and come in a bit pricey, decided to have a look on the internet and found these people,the flooring is on par with the one we looked at and cheaper,the joiner that put it down says that its a very good quality lvt and easy to install which was herringbone,give them a go you will not be disappointed
