Ordered some flooring samples and a 2.5m long stair nosing piece. Flooring samples seem good quality, however one was missing and the others don’t have the product names on them so it’s difficult to work out which is which. Postage was a bit expensive at £25 but glad there's opportunity to see the product before committing.

Firstly regarding the delivery i do apologise at the price , due to the legnth of the parcels we can only use one courier service for this. The actual price we are charged for this is £29.99 plus VAT and so on each courier we send out we actually lose a small margin based on the £25 price we charge

In relation to the samples i have emailed you to rectify this issue

We have just bought a new property and wanted Herringbone floor throughout the downstairs. We used Protek on a recommendation, and the product and service have been amazing! The product is great quality with a lovely finish, and seems to be alot warmer than traditional LVT/Laminate.
Marcus was great and gave us loads of recommendations before we selected the samples. Highly recommend Protek!

Well wrapped up.
Not the easiest to lay, as I picked herringbone but delighted with the end result. Gd quality flooring. Would definitely recommend this company.
