We just had the Pro-Tek Luxury Click Vinyl Excel Classic Camden Chino fitted and its amazing, the best product out there. If you did a wood floor to LVT test you would never guess the right one. Even the fitter said its the only LVT he would every have and is going to purchase it for his own house.

Good quality luxury vinyl this is the second time I'm going to buy it. However, I can see on the sample that the thickness of the backing has been reduced from 1.5 to aprox 1 mm, compared to the floor I bought over a year ago. This is a drop in the quality of the product probably to be able to maintain the price. This is the top notch of the protek range and people buying it are looking for quality, at least personally I rather pay a few more pounds and get the same as before.

Great flooring and customer service was outstanding and really responsive.

We have had so many compliments on our flooring. It's easy to install once you get into the swing of it.

Maybe would advise to watch general videos on Youtube/ Tiktok for installing the Herringbone pattern before starting as there isn't step by step instructions to installing Herringbone pattern - this would be helpful for beginners/DIYers.

I would also order more than the recommended 10% as we had to order an additional 5 boxes.

BUT if it's a quality company with great customer service & amazing products - ProTek is the one to go for!

Firstly it was a great choice going for the Woburn Sand , this is such a popular colour to due how versatile it is and im really glad so many other people are taking note

In terms of the additional you are completely right , we do always advise that if fitting a herringbone flooring between 12-15% wastage should be applied to the order for wastage / offcuts

Your notes regarding the company and the service really go a long way and i have showed this review to the sales team , I will look to take your feedback on board regarding installation videos
