Products are good and service pretty punctual and efficient, but a bit disappointed by the £54 delivery for two parcels, albeit they were heavy.

We do understand that you are not completely happy with the delivery charge and we wish that we did not have to charge this

On our deliveries we charge only what we are charged by the courier and unfortuantely we have had a number of price increases from them

We do offer the delivery free when it is over £500 pre vat to help with this

The samples came quickly and I liked them but they did not say they were from pro tek on the back of each along with the description so it took me a while to work out as I had a number of samples. I’m not sure whether to go with you as you don’t take AMerican Express.

Thank you for the Review , We take all feedback on board , we do actually have the Pro Tek Logo on the outside of all the boxes along with a copy your invoice in the parcel.

We do take your feedback on board and will look to add a little extra to the back of the samples

We are very sorry that we do not take Amex as a form of payment however we do accept all other major cards and have the option of BACS (Direct Bank transfer)
