UPDATE - following my review the company kindly contacted me. It appears that the courier was at fault. Pro tel immediately sent a replacement sample which arrived quickly so my review is now updated from 1 star to 5 stars. Excellent customer service!!
Sample was never received so I am unable to give a review.

I am really sorry that you did not recieve your samples , as you can see from the other reviews we take pride on sending out XL samples on a really fast turnaround , it is very dissapointing that another service has let you down .

All our samples are sent out on a royal mail 1st class 24 hour service daily so i will be sure to raise a complaint with our collections team

Never received sample but so they contacted and said problems with delivery company which is good service and will send new sample great

Really sorry to see that you did not recieve your samples. As you can see from the numerous other 5* reviews we take pride on the fact that we offer samples on a very quick turnaround.

We send all our samples via royal mail 24hr service and it is such a shame that our review is a relection based on a service that is beyond our control.

We have actually sent yoour samples twice as we received an email from you stating that they were not received from the original.

If you still require samples from us i would be happy to arrange another set to leave with a different courier service and i will make sure i pass your complaint onto our collections team at royal mail.
