There was a small issue with the payment and they went way beyond to help me.

The product is way beyond any other I have tried. There are many intimators but the products here are a step up and beyond others.
Even the delivery is well thought through.

UPDATE - following my review the company kindly contacted me. It appears that the courier was at fault. Pro tel immediately sent a replacement sample which arrived quickly so my review is now updated from 1 star to 5 stars. Excellent customer service!!
Sample was never received so I am unable to give a review.
Very disappointing really

I am really sorry that you did not recieve your samples , as you can see from the other reviews we take pride on sending out XL samples on a really fast turnaround , it is very dissapointing that another service has let you down .

All our samples are sent out on a royal mail 1st class 24 hour service daily so i will be sure to raise a complaint with our collections team
