Good price with no hidden extras. Order was placed and within a couple of hours, someone had called me to arrange the delivery. A box and the product inside was damaged on arrival but one quick call to customer services and the box was replaced with no issues at all. The delivery man was very cheerful and friendly and dropped the pallet exactly where I needed it. Overall, fantastic service and I'm very pleased with the ease of everything from start to finish. Special mention to Helen for being so helpful and pleasant to speak to.

Great delivery. No issues
Lovely delivery man helped me put the heavy boxes in the shed
Joiner said ok to lay once he got going but tricky and long process compared to planks
Delighted with end result.
Not overly expensive for the quality!
Underlay not needed as plank is backed with a vinyl
No where to put photos? Shame
