My experience started very well. Free samples came quickly and I then placed my order. I received several emails and a phone call within an hour of ordering. Delivery charge was £54, delivery within 3 days standard. Ordered on a Thursday and told it would be here on Monday or Tuesday. I did not get my delivery and I emailed for status. Couriers were at fault and finally got the flooring 12 days after I ordered it but the scotia was missing. Let ProTek know and it was resent and received on day 14. The customer service folks did always respond to my emails and ProTek did offer to refund the delivery charge. I have yet to have the flooring put down so cannot comment on how it will be once laid but it looks great and just what I wanted. I would use them again despite the longer delivery.

Thank you for taking the time leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with your delivery , it is unfortunate that we have to use 3rd party couriers however this is the only way we are able to send goods across the UK. As we do with every order we always request that the courier gives you a call 1 hour before. We always send goods out on either a dedicated day service or an economy service which is 72 hours from dispatch.
As you can see from the reviews below a we pride oursevles on the service and a lot of reviews do talk about the goods being delivered within the time frame or even a lot sooner.
I have sent an email to the couriers in question complaining about this particular order and to try and establish why things took so long to arrive with you

We really want the review to be a reflection on the service and the product and it is a shame that due to 3rd party sources beyond our control this has affected your experience
