Never received sample but so they contacted and said problems with delivery company which is good service and will send new sample great

Really sorry to see that you did not recieve your samples. As you can see from the numerous other 5* reviews we take pride on the fact that we offer samples on a very quick turnaround.

We send all our samples via royal mail 24hr service and it is such a shame that our review is a relection based on a service that is beyond our control.

We have actually sent yoour samples twice as we received an email from you stating that they were not received from the original.

If you still require samples from us i would be happy to arrange another set to leave with a different courier service and i will make sure i pass your complaint onto our collections team at royal mail.

Again i can only apologise your experience with Pro Tek was dissapointing and if you want to reach out to me directly i will assist you

I requested a sample and received it very quickly. Not placed an order yet as I'm not sure if to put protec over the top of old tiles or rip the old up and have new ceramic tiles. I have left the sample in water over night with no damage at all. I do like the foam backing which could make floor warmer to walk on in winter

Delivery took 6 days to arrive via Royal Mail which was later than expected.

I am very sorry that Royal mail took so long to deliver the samples to you. All of our sample parcels are sent out daily and are sent on a 1st class service so the samples should take no longer than 48 hours to arrive
