Pleased with the product, but disappointed with the delivery. It seems standard practice to be given a delivery time slot these days, but ProTek could only confirm sometime between 09:00-18:00. Would've given 5 star but for the inconvenient delivery.

We do understand the frustration when it comes to delivery times. As a rule with the courier services it is classed as an all day call between 8am and 6pm as standard. On every order we make a large request that the customer be called 1 hour prior to delivery so that you are not waiting around all day and i am very sorry that this did not happen.

We would love to be able to do all delivereies ourselves rather than use the courier however to reach all of the UK this is something we have to do
