We recieved your sample request on the 8th of September for 13 different samples , we then emailed you first thing on the 9th of September to as you that due to Royal mail postal weight limits we are only able to send 5 per customer and if you would like to let us know which 5 to send

I have spoken to you since and arranged 5-6 samples as requested by yourself of a good mixture of natural oaks from the range.

I trust that they have all arrived with you . If there is anything else you need from me please dont hestitate to email or call me and we hope that we can turn this negative into a positive
